We offer complete quench vent kits from the machine connection to the termination. Every quench vent is custom built to the manufacturer’s specifications.  The production and fabrication of our quench vents are produced with state of the art equipment such as our laser and CNC punching machines. Ernie's Welding can also provide a number of speciality services such as short run manufacturing, prototyping and robotic welding.

Installation

Installation of an Ernie’s Welding quench vent is considerably manageable. Each component is coded so there is no error in the field upon installation.

Ernie’s Welding strives to meet our customer’s delivery deadlines. With typical fabrication times of 1 to 2 days we are able to expedite the shipping methods when requested. The majority of orders can be delivered as early as the next business day if necessary.
